Closings

From our founder: "Buying or selling real estate in New York City is a unique experience. From a legal standpoint, the work is transactional. In reality, however, there is a very human and personal side to the work. Think about it—there are few things more personal than purchasing the home where you hope (and sometimes dream) to live with your family, your pets and your belongings or selling the residence that you have called home as you have progressed in your career, your family and your life. At Almazan & Associates, PC, we understand that the process can be complicated and sometimes stress inducing. Careful attention is paid to every client’s different needs and requirements. Our goal is to have your transaction proceed smoothly. We keep our clients and brokers advised every step of the way and are always available to speak, discuss and reassure. Our fee structure is based on a flat fee system in the range of $2,000-$4,500 for condominium and co-op purchases and sales. For townhouses, our office bills on an hourly basis."
